Sarah Collier

Sarah is a registered Div 1 nurse with over 30 years experience. For the past 18 years she has worked in the Aged Care sector, 9 of these as CEO of RM Begg - Kyneton Aged Care.

Prior to this Sarah held the position of Director of Nursing at a high care facility and also worked as a Clinical nurse. Sarah successfully attained a degree in Health Science (Public Health) and uses her learnt and developed skills in her role as CEO.

Sarah is responsible for the management and operations of RM Begg reporting to the Board of Directors monthly.  She is responsible for implementing the Strategic Plan at an operational level and assisting the Board with Governance issues.

RM Begg has successfully met all 44 accreditation standards during all four site audits in 2000, 2003, 2006 and 2009.

Sarah’s commitment is to work in partnership with the Directors, Senior Management team, staff, residents and families to ensure RM Begg meets our Vision, Mission and Values while continually improving the service provided.
