Jim Noy has been a Board Member for over 35 years in various roles. He is 68 years of age, married with three daughters from his first marriage and two stepdaughters from his current marriage. Jim was born in Castlemaine and has lived in Central Victoria all his life apart from nine years when working in Camperdown and Melbourne. He worked with the Crown Law Department while studying law and after qualifying as a barrister and solicitor returned to the country. He was a partner in a Kyneton law firm for 29½ years and after “retirement” continued with the firm as a consultant for over 4 years. He now practices as a part time sole practitioner and Notary Public from his home at Macedon and he is also a consultant to his daughter’s legal practice.  Jim is also Chairman of the Board of Kyneton Bushland Resort Ltd which is a member owned and member controlled timeshare resort at Kyneton.
