Elizabeth Harvey

elizabeth_harvey_compressedElizabeth started her working life in the laboratory of a large textile manufacturer. A "tree change" over 30 years ago, saw Elizabeth & her husband move to Kyneton, raising their 2 daughters & becoming part of the community. Elizabeth also found a challenging new career in Aged Care.

Elizabeth has nearly 20 years experience here at RM Begg. She started as a Personal Care Worker, then Supervisor & is now a part of the Senior Management Team. Over the years, Elizabeth has contributed to Resident Care Planning, the development of RM Begg's Policies & Procedures & has been part of the Accreditation Audits conducted every 3 years by the Standards & Accreditation Agency.

Elizabeth is currently Domestic Services Coordinator & Coordinator for the ACFI (Aged Care Funding Instrument- the main source of Federal Government funding). She oversaw the change from RCS Mk 1 & 2 documentation, to the current ACFI requirements. Elizabeth was part of the "Train The Trainer" group for our computerised documentation system, introduced in late 2007 & continues to assist Cheryl in the training of new staff.

Elizabeth holds a Certificate 4 in Community Services (Aged Care), 2002 & Certificate in Residential Aged Services Management, 1997, when major changes were introduced to the Aged Care industry via the Aged Care Act 1997.
