Meredith Grant

Meredith Grant is a Registered Nurse Div1 with 20 years of clinical experience, Meredith has worked at Ray M Begg for the past 2 years and recently completed her Nursing Certificate in Gerontology.

Over the past 20 years Meredith has lived with her family in Woodend and has a strong sense of community, working within the Macedon Ranges Shire including Kyneton Hospital and Trentham Nursing Home.

Meredith believes in a holistic team approach to care and is responsible for working with RMB staff, G.P’s, and allied health professionals to ensure that residents enjoy a high quality of life as well as receiving optimum clinical care. Meredith also encourages families to be actively involved with RMB to aid in transition into care , ongoing well being and the provision of person-centered care.
